Was it a coincidence that GS bounced at 150 today?
I think not, take a look.
GS P&F Chart
GS 1m Chart
See the higher lows?
Profit takes preparation.
Something I did not prepared for today.
Hence no trades today.
Just thought I shared with you my observations.

I have been watching GMCR getting roasted and upset at myself for missing it.
First, this is a counter Turtle trade because Turtle actually says short.
Stock has not made a new low in the last 2 months.
Stock closed above 100sma.
Stock just above OBV line.
Exit trade if closed under 79.

First, I did not write the code. It was found here
There screen that I used is - ALL THE TURTLE YOU CAN EAT...
Keep in mind that turtle trades based on momentum. I don't trade the turtle system exclusively because there are still unanswered questions since I was not able to create the screen. However, if a stock that I am watching shows up in the turtle system, then I will trade it.
Email for the turtle system will go out on Monday.
Go find your turtle.

She's got one of those look that says, "WTF were you thinking?"
My buy NTRI 19.50 makes sense because I was targeting above April 15 open (19.41)
However, my buy STEC 13.15 came out of my arse.
Notice that STEC filled the gap.
No electricity on Saturday. Will post information on Turtle Trading on Sunday.

Just because a stock is overbought, it does not mean it cannot go higher.
Just because the MACD crossed doww, it does not mean it has to fall.
This might not always be the case, but it sure is an anomaly.
Read the GOOGLE news. Stock tanked AH because things are going too well.
Sunday, I will post the turtle screen and explanation.
I have not traded a lot of the turtle rules.

I might have blogged about this before, but oh well.
Now that's exciting.
An old investing adage is "cut your losses short and let your winners run."
This morning, I saw that I had 9%+ profits in one of my options. I got excited and wanted to sell. Then I thought, "How do I make money if I keep selling winners too soon and holding losers too long?" So I held the stock.
The results: I now have 0.95% gain.
Honestly, I do need to cut losses short on a consistent basis.

I have been looking at the turtle trading system.
You can download the information here
Here are two charts that showed up in the preliminary attempt for the turtle screen.
If my judgement of the market was not clouded by bears, then I would have bought the stocks before the turtles.
It's easy to draw charts and show where to buy after the fact, isn't it?
But take a look at X chart with 200sma and you will also see that it bounced there 2X.
Other turtle stocks with volume > 2 mil are: HIG CAT UBS MAS VMED UYM CNQ IVAN
