Happy Holidays
Ideas for 2011, from journey to journal.
I will keep a journal of my trades in the comment sections on a monthly basis.
The intent is not to brag because I am just not good enough.
It's more for me to keep better track of my positions and accounts they are in.
Focusing more on swing trading and patient.
Happy Holidays to all.

Journey
To get through the hardest journey we need take only one step at a time, but we must keep on stepping - Chinese proverb
The first step started back in December 2007 to keep track of the wager between Beanie and I.
It slowly evolved to sharing thoughts, ideas, trades, charts, and beautiful women.
It has been 3 years and now my journey has come to an end.
I have ran out of good thoughts and good ideas, and hate to post just for the purpose of posting.
Thank you to the readers, acquaintances, and friends I have encountered on this journey.
Good luck on your journey and may you achieve all your endeavors.

Happy Thanksgiving
Every Thanksgiving I am reminded of a video I have seen while I was still in college.
Back then, it was titled "One Man Who Gives Thanks Daily" and now it is known as "Randy Pausch Last Lecture: Achieving Your Childhood Dreams"
Randy Pausch Last Lecture: Achieving Your Childhood Dreams
I am thankful for acquaintances, friends, families, and good fortunes.
Thankful for Google as well.
Anyhow, there's no turkey here, just TT.
Enjoy and thanks for visiting my sites.
I wish they would smile more.

Reflecting
Reflecting some of my ideas and thoughts in the year. I was letting the noise be a distraction and was bearish for longer than I should have been. No need to wait for the New Year to make a resolution. I am making it now and I will go with the flow and let the trend be my friend.
I have traded and watched stocks like CREE, VECO, STEC, SNDK, MELI, CF, MOS, POT. The typical stocks rise from the ashes. There are also ones that haven't but would not be a bad idea to keep them on watch list: STP, TSL, FSLR ...
Once the momentum dies, it's gone until it comes back. If you try to catch a falling knife then trying catching from many sectors and keep stops tight.

When
Today, I have seen discussions on 4-8-21 strategy.
The cat's out of the bag and too many traders spoil the profit.
This strategy was not mine to begin with, but I do add some tweaks here and there in the screens I provide to you.
You can find the original postings here
When does this strategy work? Take a look at the 2 charts below.
If the stock moves against you, then exit.
Here are a few charts from the screens and pay attention to resistance ahead.
Here's something new that I just learned and not going to tell you.
Come back in a week and click on the chart.
In the mean time, here's something you can click on right now.

But I can't do it. I love meat too much.
How about some short persuasion instead? All signals pointing down.

Mid-Week Market Report on SP500, Oil, Gold & Dollar
Wednesday the market didn’t tell us anything new. The equities market is still over extended on the daily chart but the market is refusing to break down. Each time there has been seen selling in the market over the past two weeks, the market recovers. Equities and the dollar have been trading with an inverse relationship and it seems to drop every in value each selling pressure enters the market, which naturally lifts stocks.
